Location

The location of our guesthouse could not be better for relaxing and enjoyable holidays. Agios Laurentios, the traditional village where our guest house is located, is built on a gorgeous wooded slope of Mount Pelion - a real feast of the nature with chestnut trees, lime trees, and plane trees.
The village took its name (Agios Laurentios - St Lawrence) from a nearby historical monastery and is located in the western area of the Mount Pelion at an altitude of 600 metres overlooking Pagasetic Gulf.
Agios Laurentios is 22 km away from Volos, 320 km from Athens, and 220 km from Thessaloniki.

An annual two-week musical

festival takes place in Agios Laurentios, every August; its name is the “Musical Village”. During the “Musical Village” different performers and bands present gigs and traditional music events.

The last weekend of June, local women

organize the “Cherry Feast”, to celebrate the local produce of cherries. This is a good opportunity to have fun, while enjoying tasty crunchy cherries.

Agios Lavrentios, Pelion

Agios Laurentios is one of the most well-preserved traditional villages in the Pelion area. Traditional architecture at its best; a monument of local Pelion art with cobbled roads and founts.
